How do you control product quality?
We test all raw materials from certified suppliers upon arrival. We provide weekly production detail reports so you can monitor progress. We also welcome third-party inspections (SGS or TUV) and hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certifications.
What are your trading and payment terms?
We typically require a 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. For trusted companies, we can accept O/A 30 or 60 days. Discounts are available for large quantities.
What is the lead time for orders?
Samples typically take one week. Mass production lead time ranges from 1 to 4 weeks depending on the specific order quantity.
How do you handle shipping and delivery?
We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT for small orders (3-7 days arrival). Airline and sea shipping options are also available for larger shipments.
