Are you a factory or trading company?
We have a professional export team with more than 16 years of experience focused on home decoration products. We also have our own factory with over 20 years of production experience for door, window, and furniture hardware accessories such as locks, handles, hinges, and rollers.
How do you control product quality?
Firstly, raw materials are sourced from large companies with certificates and tested upon arrival. Secondly, we provide weekly production reports from the factory. We also welcome third-party inspections (SGS or TUV). We hold ISO9001, CE, and TUV certifications.
What are your trading and payment terms?
We usually accept 30% T/T as a deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. For trusted companies, we can accept O/A 30 or 60 days. Discounts are available for large quantities.
What is the typical lead time?
Samples usually take one week. Mass production typically requires 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the order quantity.
How are goods shipped and what is the delivery time?
We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, which takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping options are also available.
Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders, including customized customer logos and packaging designs.
