We have a professional export team with more than 16 years of experience and our own factory with over 20 years of production experience in door, window, and furniture hardware accessories.
How can you ensure product quality?
We test all raw materials from certified suppliers. We provide weekly production reports and welcome third-party inspections (SGS/TUV). We are also ISO9001, CE, and TUV certified.
What are your trading and payment terms?
We typically require a 30% T/T deposit and 70% against the B/L copy. For trusted partners, we can accept O/A 30 or 60 days. Discounts are available for large quantities.
Can I request a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check the quality of our products.
What is the lead time for production?
Samples typically take one week, while mass production takes between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the specific order quantity.
How do you handle shipping and faulty products?
We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT (3-7 days), or by sea/air. Our defective rate is under 2%; we repair or replace any faulty batch products during the guarantee period.
