Are you a factory or trading company?
We have a professional export team with more than 16 years of experience and a factory with over 20 years of production experience specializing in door, window, and furniture hardware accessories.
How do you ensure product quality control?
We source raw materials from certified large-scale suppliers and perform tests upon arrival. We provide weekly production reports and welcome third-party inspections (SGS/TUV). Our facilities are ISO9001, CE, and TUV certified.
What are your standard trading and payment terms?
As usual, our payment is 30% T/T as a deposit and 70% T/T against the copy of B/L. For established companies, we can accept O/A 30 or 60-day terms. Discounts are available for large quantities.
What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
Sample lead time is approximately one week. Mass production typically requires 1 to 4 weeks depending on the specific order quantity.
How do you handle shipping and logistics?
We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT for express needs (3-7 days). Air freight and sea shipping options are also available for larger orders.
Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
Yes, we accept both OEM and ODM orders, including customized logo applications and specific packaging designs based on customer requirements.
