How can we know these are really lead free and food grade?
As usual for glass we have common material, high white material, and crystal white material. All these materials are suitable for food grade and lead free; we pass food grade tests, so there is no need to worry about safety.
How can I get a sample to check your quality? Do you offer free samples?
Yes, free samples are available. Only the freight cost is on your side, which will be refundable once the order is placed. Or if you have a courier account, we can arrange samples by collection.
How do you handle safe packaging and defective or broken items?
For small orders, we use bubble bags or foam. For large container orders, we support standard export pallet packaging or paper cartons with safe egg packing. We guarantee a broken rate under 0.2% and will compensate for defective bottles in your next order.
What surface handling could you support? Can we do our logo on it?
Sure, we can do the logo as you need and support decoration firing, screen printing, hot stamping, frost, label printing, etc. Printing colors can be made according to PANTONE color numbers.
How is the sealing of the jars and bottles?
Our glass lids, plastic caps, and metal caps match perfectly for excellent sealing. We use food-grade rubber in line with EU export standards, making them very easy to screw on and off while maintaining a tight seal.
What is the lead time for delivery?
Samples are sent within 12-24 hours after payment. Small orders deliver within 7-10 days, and large quantity orders are delivered within 20-25 days.
