Ceramic fiber bulk is manufactured from high purity alumina-silica powder and silica sand through a specialized spinning or blowing process. These bulk fibers are available in various diameters and chemistries to suit diverse industrial needs. The fibers can be modified by chopping or removing unfiberized particles (shot) to enhance performance. They serve as an ideal filler for refractory linings and essential raw materials for producing blankets, boards, and modules.
