TPV Features

Oil resistance and corrosion resistance, chemical stability, eco-friendly, non-toxic and odorless, exquisite and smooth; temperature resistance, low compress set, good stability, low transferring quantity. Our food grade material complies with GB4806.7-2016 National Food Safety Standard and FDA 21CFR 177.2600. It passes distilled water, olive oil, n-hexane, acetic acid, and ethanol tests.

TPV medical grade material primarily replaces natural rubber and silicone rubber. It contains no allergens or nitrous acid, offers high cost performance, and meets various biological toxicity tests. Performance remains unchanged after multiple disinfection cycles.
