Anti-vibration Medium Density PVC Foam
PVC foam is a closed-cell polyvinyl chloride foam designed to provide an economical solution for sealing light, air and moisture.

It can provide performance that meets various application scenarios by adjusting the density (80-450kg/m3), hardness (5°~99°), thickness (1mm~25mm), and resilience of the foam. It is very suitable for various applications such as body damping, door and window sealing, water tank sealing, HVAC sealing, and electronic product cushioning application.

Main Types:
  • Quick recovery foams: Material immediately recovers after compression.
  • Slow recovery PVC foams: Ideal for filling irregular surfaces.

Approximately ninety percent of all our orders can be processed and loaded within 15 days.

We stock a wide range of densities from 60kgs/m³ to 300kgs/m³.
What colors can I choose from?
Mainly Black; also available in White, Grey, Mint Green, Blue, Yellow, Red, Lavender, Lime Green, and Natural.
What tools are recommended to cut the foam?
Most tools used for wood can cut our foam, including table saws, band-saws, table routing, and water-jet cutters.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
We do not have a strict minimum order, though larger quantities are more cost-effective regarding shipping.
