Usually our MOQ is 1000 pcs. But we accept small quantity for the first trial order.
Can I get a sample?
Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. For custom designs, a small sample charge applies, which is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity.
How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
For existing samples, it takes about 2 days. For custom designs, it takes 3-7 days depending on whether new printing screens or molds are required.
How long is the production lead time?
It takes about 15 days for MOQ orders.
How much is the freight charge?
To save costs and ensure faster delivery, we suggest express for small quantities and sea freight for large quantities.
What file format do you need for custom designs?
We have professional designers. You can provide JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files, and we will create the artwork for the mold or printing screen.
