Cork rubber sheet is a new high-grade static sealing gasket material under low, medium compression, and resilience requirements. It can be used as a machine seal for oil, acid and alkali, pressure, and high-temperature resistance. Ideal for valve covers, oil pans, and water-tight seals, conforming with various machine lubricating oils, gear oils, diesel, or bio-diesel.
The product offers excellent shock-proof effects and withstands wear, moisture, oil, and dilute acid. It maintains stable performance without deformation or deterioration despite external changes in temperature, humidity, pressure, sunlight, and frost. Its anti-aging properties prevent dust or moisture ingress, making it suitable for various industrial seals bearing different types of fluids and loads.
Applications: Suitable for tailoring machines, washing machines, motors, automobiles, motorcycles, tractors, aircraft, ships, oil pipelines, transformers, and electrical equipment. Common uses include tank covers, flanges, pressure valves, radiators, junction boxes, high/low pressure casings, expansion boxes, shockproof brackets, and hydraulic pumps.
