GPPS is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, shiny, transparent beaded or granular solid. With a density of 1.04 to 1.09 and transparency ranging from 88% to 92%, it offers excellent clarity with a refractive index of 1.59 to 1.60.

The melting temperature of the product is 150 to 180°C, with a thermal decomposition temperature of 300°C. It maintains a heat distortion temperature of 70 to 100°C and is suitable for long-term use within 60 to 80°C.
