It is carefully manufactured using nonmetallic materials for the filler, chosen for their superior qualities like longevity and resistance to abrasion.
The sheet's binder is composed of natural rubber and nitrile butadiene, selected for their exceptional bonding strength and flexibility, guaranteeing that the material maintains its toughness and pliability across a broad spectrum of temperatures and environmental challenges. The structure is reinforced with a blend of organic and inorganic fibers, providing enhanced structural integrity and improved resistance to chemical and thermal stresses. Additionally, the sheet is coated with a layer of graphite, functioning as a self-lubricating surface that minimizes friction and wear.
