How can we make sure the quality from your company?
We accept any trial orders on trade assurance. We have a dedicated QC team to inspect the quality before delivery to ensure every product meets standards.
Do you support OEM or ODM?
Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM/ODM services. We can design and produce according to your drawings and samples, including laser cutting and silk-screen printing for logos.
Could you accept small quantity and mix container orders?
Yes, trial orders for small quantities are welcome as long as we have stock. We also welcome mixing different kinds of items in a single container.
Can your company provide samples? Is there a charge?
We can supply samples. Basic stock products are free. If a complex mold is required, a mold fee may apply, but it can be waived upon placing a bulk order.
What qualifications has the company obtained?
We have obtained internationally recognized certifications including FSC, BSCI, ISO9001, Sedex, FDA, LFGB, and PROP65.
What are the available payment methods?
T/T is preferred, but we also accept Western Union, PayPal, and L/C to meet your specific needs.
